These terms govern your use of this website and the automotive services provided by Harris's Garage & Exhaust Centre, located at 98 Albany Highway, Kojonup WA 6395.
1. Services
We provide mechanical repairs, log book servicing, exhaust fitting, brake work, tyres, batteries and related automotive services for all makes and models. All work is carried out by qualified technicians.
2. Bookings & Quotations
Bookings made via this website are requests only and are confirmed once we contact you. Quotations provided before inspection are estimates; final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of your vehicle and parts required. We will contact you for approval before carrying out any work that exceeds the original estimate.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, EFTPOS and major credit cards. Vehicles will not be released until payment has been received in full.
4. Warranty
Our workmanship is warranted for a reasonable period in line with industry standards and the Australian Consumer Law. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Vehicles Left On Site
Vehicles must be collected within 7 days of work completion unless otherwise agreed. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left longer.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
