We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in operating our automotive workshop and responding to customer requests.

4. Data Storage & Processors

Form submissions are stored securely in our managed backend, hosted via Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase). Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal record-keeping requirements (typically up to 7 years for tax purposes), after which it is deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
